two weeks notice required for event orders

* We only recommend that our doughnuts be served/consumed the day of pickup.
* 
Each chosen flavour must be ordered in a quantity of a dozen or more.
* For mini doughnuts, a grand total of 4 dozen must be ordered (minimum of 1 dozen per flavour chosen still applies). Only select flavours can be offered in the mini size.

We take all event orders from start to finish over email. To place an event order with us, please e-mail us at info@beechwooddoughnuts.com with the quantity of doughnuts you are looking for and the date of your event. Please note: pickup must be during store hours. If we have availability on the date you are looking for, we will send over the flavour list and give further instruction.

Popular dates do fill up, so we highly recommend getting your order in sooner rather than later to avoid disappointment. Your order is only confirmed once payment has been completed. All event orders require full prepayment and are non-refundable, but can be rescheduled for a later date or turned into store credit. All orders are finalized and unalterable one week before pick up date.

We do not offer delivery for event orders or catering services.
