Dough/Prep

Our dough and prep staff do a lot of important behind the scenes work.
These positions require great attention to detail and an ability to follow instructions closely!
 

GENERAL DUTIES

  • closely following recipes and instruction
  • setting up and cleaning up work area
  • helping with dishes (prep)
  • ability to follow instruction easily
  • ability to stay calm and confident during busy times
  • must be timely and able to prioritize tasks
  • must work well independently and as a team
  • must have a positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • responsible for proper food handling, storage, and labeling
  • ensure cleanliness and health standards are met

QUALIFICATIONS

  • culinary/baking/pastry arts degree/diploma preferred
  • commercial or personal kitchen/baking experience
  • knowledge of yeast dough an asset (dough)
  • physical ability to stand long hours and lift 25kg
